Use this guide to enable DDoS Protection.
Even after you have started using our service, your site remains vulnerable if you don't take additional measures. We can guarantee the highest level of protection only if you complete the following steps:
Change your IP
A perpetrator can get your real IP using DNS History and attack your site directly. When you obtain new IP, do not reveal it to anyone. Specify it in the SkyparkCDN control panel in the Original IP field. Some major attacks can destroy hosting infrastructure. If you have doubts about your hosting consider changing it.
Сheck your DNS records
If you have subdomains or other records that point to real IP, change it to SkyparkCDN one.
Check your HTML code
Ensure that a HTML code doesn't contain your real IP.
Set IP access policy
Limit access to your server for all except SkyparkCDN IP range and trusted IPs to avoid L7 attacks. Learn how to do that.
Configure your mail service
Run a email on a separate server/service. If you are running your mail on the same server as your website, the attacker can always find your origin server IP. To close this possible security gap, you can use an email service on a separate server than your website, whether through your hosting provider or an outside service.
Restore users IP adresses
Configure the X-Forwarded-For HTTP header to restore real IPs of visitors. Otherwise, you will see requests only from our network. Refere here for the guide.
